As an auctioneer I was hired to auction off 100 automobiles atthe Los Angeles Mission and this is where the idea of training homeless people to work on cars and giving them a leg-up to be productive members of society again was born. I’m looking forward to what God is going to do in making a real difference in many lives.
Sean Fraley
Vice President
Mr. Fraley began his career in the auction industry in 1989 while attending California State University, Long Beach, where he graduated in 1993 with a degree in Business Marketing. He has served as a national sales manager and lead auctioneer for over twenty years and continues to conduct auctions throughout the United States, in addition to teaching at the Missouri Auction School in St. Louis, MO. Mr. Fraley’s auction experience includes the sale of luxury automobiles, airplanes, vessels, jewelry, fine art, antiques and both residential and commercial real estate.
He has served in various church ministries and is a current board member of Orange Coast Musical Arts, a non-profit organization which provides music lessons to home school students in southern California. He is happily married, has 6 beautiful children and is looking forward to participating in the assistance that The Potter’s Work will provide to the homeless and the organizations that serve them.

Mr. Hancock has been married to his wife, Laurie, for 37 years and have two sons, one married and living Nearby in RSM and are active members of Compass Bible Church, ALV. Dale enjoys reading, hiking, and traveling. Dale worked for many years for Jerry Buss, owner of the Lakers in his Real Estate Operations.
Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor of Arts Mathematics UCLA 1974, California Real Estate Broker since 1983, Certificate in Financial Planning 1992, Master’s in Financial Planning 1995, Income Tax Preparer since 1991, NASD Securities 6,7,22,63,65 Licenses since 1994, California Life and Disability Licenses.
Dale Hancock
Secretary
Mrs. Santner graduated from High School in West Allis, WI in 1963. She started working that same year for a large firm in downtown Milwaukee and had a successful career as a secretary and then an Executive Assistant to executives in several large companies both in the Milwaukee area and then in Southern California when she moved there with her family in 1987. She has also gained her assignment as a Notary as of 2013.
